Shown below are the adoptable adult IGs and puppies currently available in New York (or surrounding areas).
If you do not see any adoptable dogs listed on this page, please check back because Italian Greyhounds are surrendered throughout the year. Or, consider submitting an adoption application prior to any IGs being available. Then when a fitting dog arrives you don't have to compete with others to adopt, or start from the beginning. Many available dogs are never posted to any website because they go to pre-approved homes.
Please note: Due to a limited number of dogs being surrendered recently, there are generally many people waiting to adopt, and the typical wait may be up to 12 months. The more strict your criteria is to adopt, the longer your wait may be. If you are open to middle aged or senior dogs, your wait may not be as long. We simply do not know what dogs will be surendered to our group and if they will applications we currently have pending. If you are willing to be patient, please consider applying to adopt in advance.
